Aish, Hola and All That

The world rolls round,
Me
As I stride the globe,
Injecting
Bits of my past,
Life
From tube station, red, white, blue
To Eastside, 100th streetAish, Hola and all thatWicked words spin off Babel’s tongue
Streets run, under the sun
East to west, north to south
The world’s mouth,
Off
Speak your life,
Woza-woza
Chesa, chesa

Aish, hola and all that

One big step, from here to there
One big breath, it’s done
I’m on the run,
Running
Takeoff land
Flat
Metal mountains glisten
Call to me, I pass
Through
And meet the ocean,
Cold
